Event Risks

When events encounter unexpected issues, our team absorbs the impact to minimize disruption. With 321+ events delivered, we have developed strategies to mitigate risks and ensure a smooth experience. Our 12 crew members work together to address any problems that arise, drawing on their collective expertise to find solutions. This approach allows us to deliver events that meet our clients' expectations, even when unforeseen challenges occur.

Venue Considerations

The characteristics of a venue can significantly influence the format of an event. For example, a venue with limited space may require a more intimate setup, while a larger venue can accommodate more elaborate arrangements. We work with venues to determine the optimal layout and configuration for each event, taking into account factors such as guest count and event type. This careful planning enables us to create events that are well-suited to their surroundings.

Client Briefs

Our events begin with a client brief, which outlines the objectives and requirements for the occasion. We use this information to develop a plan that meets the client's goals, whether it's a Team-building day, Family celebration, or Private birthday. Our team works closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring that every event is carefully planned and executed. With 14 years of experience, we have refined our process to deliver events that meet our clients' expectations.

Event Formats

Our events take distinct shapes, each with its own characteristics. A Press evening, for instance, typically involves up to 40 guests and features AV and lighting, while a Conference side programme may accommodate 40 to 80 guests and require full production. In contrast, a Family celebration often involves 80 to 150 guests and includes a staffed bar, whereas a Private birthday is typically a more intimate affair with up to 40 guests. Understanding these differences allows us to design and deliver events that are well-suited to their purpose and audience.
