When events encounter issues, our team absorbs the impact to minimize disruption. Over 14 years, we have developed a system to handle the unexpected, ensuring that events proceed with minimal disturbance to guests. This approach has been refined through delivering over 321 events, allowing us to anticipate and mitigate potential problems. Our team's ability to adapt and respond effectively has been key to our success.
Venue constraints often dictate the format of an event, and we work within these limitations to create a functional and effective space. For example, a staffed bar for a Family celebration with 80 to 150 guests requires careful planning to ensure that the venue can accommodate the necessary equipment and staff. Our team takes these constraints into account when planning events, using their expertise to make the most of the available space.
A client brief is the starting point for our event planning process. We work closely with clients to understand their objectives and develop a plan that meets their requirements. Our team of 12 crew members collaborates to bring the plan to life, using their individual skills and expertise to ensure that every aspect of the event is well executed. From multi-day events with on-site coordination to evening events with full production, we work to deliver a successful outcome.
Our working week is typically filled with a mix of event planning, coordination, and delivery. Our team meets regularly to discuss ongoing projects and make decisions about upcoming events. With a focus on delivering successful events, we continually review and refine our processes to ensure that we are operating efficiently and effectively. This approach enables us to maintain a high level of performance and deliver events that meet our clients' expectations.
Atmosphere
The physical space of our events often features wooden floors and drywall partitions. Lighting is typically provided by LED fixtures. The sound systems consist of speakers and amplifiers. Guests sit on chairs made of metal and plastic. The air is conditioned and heated by a ventilation system. The layout of the space is determined by the type of event. For example, a press evening may have a staffed bar and a podium made of wood. The room is equipped with AV and lighting equipment, including microphones and projectors. The walls are often covered with fabric or painted drywall. Guests walk on carpet or hardwood floors.
