When events encounter unexpected issues, our team absorbs the impact to minimize disruption. With 14 years of experience and 321+ events delivered, we have developed a solid approach to handling unforeseen problems. Our 12 crew members work together to resolve issues efficiently, ensuring the event proceeds with minimal disturbance. This expertise allows us to deliver events that meet our clients' expectations, even when unexpected challenges arise.

Venue constraints often shape the format of an event, and we work closely with clients to understand these limitations. For example, a staffed bar for a Family celebration or a Private birthday may require specific logistics, which we carefully plan and execute. Our on-site coordination ensures that events are well-planned and run smoothly, taking into account the unique characteristics of each venue.

A client brief is the starting point for our event planning process. We work closely with clients to understand their objectives and preferences, and then develop a plan that meets their needs. For a Conference side programme or a Press evening, this may involve arranging AV and lighting, as well as coordinating with other stakeholders. Our goal is to deliver an event that meets the client's goals, whether it is a Team-building day, a Family celebration, or another type of event.

In our card and board game school, students learn using symbolic chips that have no cash value, and nothing is wagered or paid out. The minimum age for participation is 19. As students progress through the course, they learn new skills and strategies, building on previous knowledge. The teacher assesses student progress and determines when they are ready to move on to more advanced topics, ensuring a solid foundation for future learning.
